Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
During periods of high order volume, product launches, sales, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control.
Please note that delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after shipment.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local government. Four by S4P is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Four by S4P is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist you in locating your shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, Four by S4P is not responsible for replacement or reshipment costs. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at strictly4people@gmail.com and include photos of the damaged packaging and item(s). We will review the issue and work toward a resolution.
