Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 30-day exchange and store credit policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit.
Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange or store credit request, contact us at strictly4people@gmail.com. Please note that items must be sent to the following address provided after exchange process is approved.
If your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange or store credit will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method for any purchases.
Eligible returned items may qualify for:
- A size exchange subject to availability, or
- Store credit for the value of the item.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Size Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability. If your requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Store Credit
If you choose not to exchange your item, or if the requested size is unavailable, we may issue store credit for eligible returned items. Store credit can be used toward future purchases and does not expire unless otherwise required by law.
Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange or store credit:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days as required by applicable law. Returned items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Unless otherwise required by law, eligible returns will be issued as store credit or exchange only.
